You summon him from the Grim Campfire in a ruined house in the south west. The skeleton waves are what kill groups. Viktor just stands and hits, so help your healer with potions and self-heals.

Light the Grim Campfire
Click the Grim Campfire in the fireplace of a ruined house. You get several waves of skeletons, then Viktor.

Help your healer
Viktor is a plain fight, but your healer's going to be out of mana by now. Use potions and self-heals.
