Walk up to the red-eyed statue in the west to summon him. Three waves, then the boss. Frost Armor slows you, Drain Life needs kicking, and Frost Nova will root you.

Walk down the corridor to the statue with the glowing red eyes. Get close and it summons three waves of mobs, then The Abandoned.
