Clear the goblins in the room first because the Shredder fears. Kill the Shredder and Sneed jumps out and disarms the tank.
Phase 1: Shredder
Clear the goblins first
Kill as many goblins in the room as you can before the pull. Getting feared into a pack is how this one goes wrong.

The Shredder has an AOE fear and everyone runs. Wait it out and walk back.

Phase 2: Sneed
Sneed jumps out
When the Shredder dies Sneed pops out. Keep going, it's a short second fight.

Disarm
Sneed disarms the tank, so threat gets harder to hold. DPS, ease off for a second after each disarm.
