Chimaerus the Undreamt God
The Dreamrift · MidnightLast updated
Get hit by Alndust Upheaval to gain Alnsight. Use that window to strip Alnshroud off the Manifestations and kill them before they reach Chimaerus. Every add he eats heals him and buffs his damage. When he flies, dodge Corrupted Devastation and kill the Reality adds before Ravenous Dive lands. Don't let a single Manifestation survive the dive.
Stage One: Insatiable Hunger
Consume
After 10 seconds Chimaerus eats every Manifestation still alive. Each one he gets heals him massively and makes him stronger for good.
Rift Emergence + Coalesced Manifestations
Chimaerus roars and spawns Manifestations in the hidden Aln realm. You can't see or hit them until Alndust Upheaval gives you Alnsight.
Alndust Upheaval + Alnsight + Rift Vulnerability
Stack on the impact zone to share the Nature damage and gain Alnsight. A second hit within 90 seconds deals 7x damage, so don't take it twice.
Alnshroud
Manifestations in the Aln have a damage-absorbing shield. Burn through it while you have Alnsight and they drop into Reality, where the raid can kill them.
Rift Sickness
Every Manifestation still in the Aln puts a stacking healing absorb on the whole raid. Kill them fast.
Caustic Phlegm
Chimaerus spits globs at every player that tick Nature damage for 12 seconds. There's no dodging it, so healers plan cooldowns for the raid damage.
Rending Tear
Frontal cone bleed aimed at the current tank target. Face Chimaerus away from the raid, and tank, press a defensive before Rending Tear.
Stage Two: To the Skies
Corrupted Devastation + Rift Shroud
Chimaerus takes off and becomes 99% immune while he sweeps corruption breath across the platform. Dodge the green zones and kill the adds that spawn from the corruption.
Ravenous Dive
Chimaerus crashes back down, knocking up the whole raid and eating every surviving add. Each one still alive when he lands gives him permanent stacking buffs and healing. Have them all dead by then.
Cannibalized Essence
Every add Chimaerus eats gives him a permanent 10% damage buff and heals him for 500% of its remaining health. Don't let him eat anything.
